Article 2 Section V - Dues and Fees: The Board of Directors may determine dues for the general membership for each fiscal year. The Board 
of Directors may, in its sole discretion, determine what, if any, assessments are to be levied against Members. Nonpayment of dues or 
assessments shall be grounds for suspension of voting rights during the period of delinquency as determined by the Board of Directors. The 
dues payable, as determined by the Board of Directors, must be paid no later than December 31st. Dues shall be considered delinquent 
thereafter. Failure to pay any delinquent dues by the last day of January shall result in immediate and automatic revocation of a member’s right 
to vote at any Membership meeting and shall require that the delinquent Member make application to the Board of Directors for reinstatement. 
Article 2 Section VI – Membership Period: New Members joining the Corporation may join at any time, as long as they comply with 
admissions. The membership year shall commence January 1st and shall terminate on the last day of December.
